These terms of use govern user’s access to SK Over The Top. SK Over The Top offers user entertainment content. However the terms and conditions are confined to ‘SK Over The Top’.
SK OTT provides a personalised subscription service that allows our members to access entertainment content over the Internet on devices that support our application. As used in these Terms & Conditions, “service” means the personalized service provided by SK OTT on our websites and application. References to ‘you’ in these Terms & Conditions indicate the member who created an account on SK OTT and uses our services.
By creating an account and becoming a member of our OTT (Over-The-Top) platform, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding contract. This platform can be accessed only by persons who can legally form contract as per Indian contract act; i.e. person under the age of 18 cannot register on the platform. However minors can use our services under supervision of an adult.
As a member, you will have access to the features and services provided by our OTT platform, which may include streaming videos, access to movies and short films, best of national and international entertainment content, interactive features, personalized recommendations and other content offerings. SK OTT services are restricted to your personal use.
All of the services offered by our platform will require the payment of membership fees. So to enjoy our services one needs to become a member.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites that are not associated with SK Production Pvt. Ltd. (“Third-Party Websites”). The service may contain third-party advertising, promotions and similar materials in the form of in-show integrations, branded content and integrated logo units bearing the logos of advertisers in India. Various membership plans, including those offered by third parties in conjunction with the purchase of their own products and services, may be available through us. We have no control over the products or services offered by independent merchants through advertisements. You use and access third-party websites entirely at your own risk. You will be made aware of any requirements and restrictions associated with specific membership plans either during the sign-up process or in subsequent correspondence. Periodically, SK OTT may provide unique promotional offers, plans or memberships with specific additional features at discounted rates. If we think you are ineligible, we reserve the right to revoke the offer and suspend your account. SK OTT decides to offer eligibility at its exclusive discretion. Members who now have or previously had an SK OTT membership may not be eligible for certain introductory Offers. For the purpose of determining offer eligibility, we may ask for details such as device ID, method of payment or an account email address linked to a recent or active SK OTT subscription. The eligibility requirements, as well as any other restrictions and conditions, will be made clear when you sign up for the Offer or in any communications that are made available to you.
You are responsible for all actions taken using your SK OTT account. It is important to maintain control of the devices used to access the service. Do not share your password or any information about the connected Payment Method with anyone. This is to protect your account from unauthorized access. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about your account, including a valid email address, so that we can send you account-related messages. We have the right to suspend or cancel your account to safeguard you, SK OTT, or our partners from identity theft or fraudulent activities.
You can cancel our services anytime you want. You can have access to our services up to your next billing period. However, cancellation does not mean you are entitled to any refund. If you cancel after your billing period ends without paying the previous bill, your access to our services will be restricted. Our services are for user’s entertainment purpose only and user hereby agrees to not use them for commercial purposes. So to view your billing period, click on the billing details on the accounts menu in the application. To cancel our services you can visit the cancellation menu and follow the procedure mentioned.
Depending on a number of variables, including your location, the bandwidth accessible through it and/or the speed of your Internet connection, the quality of how SK OTT equipment is displayed may differ from device to device. Your Internet service and device capabilities will affect the availability of HD, Ultra HD, HDR and 4K.
The length of time it takes to start watching SK OTT content will change depending on a variety of variables, including your location, the bandwidth that is available at the moment, the content you have chosen and the setup of your SK OTT- compatible device.
Technology changes from time to time, but our SK OTT is compatible with present and future devices and softwares. When using SK OTT software, developed by or for SK OTT, only authorized streaming and access to SK OTT equipment is allowed via SK OTT compliant devices. Depending on the device, the medium and other factors, as well as between various devices, the functionality and capabilities of this software may vary. You are aware that using the service can call for using third-party software that is subject to third-party licenses. You agree to automatic upgrades being applied to SK OTT software and connected to third-party applications.
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, logos and trade names, displayed on the Platform are owned by SK OTT. You may not use, copy or distribute any intellectual property without the express written permission of SK OTT or the respective owner.
SK OTT reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Any changes to the terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs or expenses arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your User Content or your violation of these Terms & Conditions.
