It is an opportunity for them to beyond traditional roles and demonstrate the unique qualities that make their homes exceptional places to live.

Before participating in auditions conducted by “SKC Productions Private Limited” and for the production house, please carefully review the following standard terms and conditions. These terms outlined on this webpage will govern your use of our SK OTT app, Super Wife Over The Top, available at “ www.skottindia.com”.

By using the “SK OTT” app you fully agree to and are bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any of these website standard terms and conditions, please refrain from using the “SK OTT” app.

Terms & Conditions

Eligibility /Age Requirements

1. Participants in the “super wife over the top” competitions must be above 18 years old. To be eligible for the competition, participants possess a valid subscriptions to SK OTT. participants in the “super wife over the top” competitions must be individuals primarily dedicated to managing their households and families’ responsibilities. By focusing on housewives as participants, the competitions provide a platform to showcase their unique talents, skills, and compatibilities beyond their household duties. The competitions also invite businesses. It’s an opportunity for them to demonstrate how they balance business responsibilities and family duties, showcasing their abilities as both successful professionals and homemakers.
2. The ‘Super Wife Over The Top’ is exclusively for Indian citizens residing in India. Citizens and residents of countries other than India are ineligible to participate.
3. To register for the competition, participants need to go to the SK OTT App and then visit the provided website link. On that website, they should fill out the competition form and upload videos and photos as specified in the form. This step is necessary to audition for the competition. In the video, participants should introduce themselves.
4. By submitting the video and photograph, participants grant the organizers the right to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the video for promotional and audition-related purposes.
5. There can be a maximum of 1 (one) entry per Participant. In the event of more than 1 (one) entry per Participant, only the first entry received will be taken into account, and the remaining entries will be disregarded.
6. Each entry shall consist of a single participant; exceeding this number makes the entry ineligible for this competition.
7. Entries sent after the Audition Period will not be considered for the program and shall be deemed null and void. Entries beyond the stipulated time at the venue will also not be entertained. No exits are allowed until all participant(s)’ auditions or competitions are completed.
8. Registration does not guarantee the selection or participation of the Applicant in the Audition. Such selection will be at the sole discretion of the Organizer, based on the availability of time and venue. The Applicant/Participant shall not raise or waive any right to question the selection process, non-selection of the applicant, and/or the selection of any other applicant.
9. The applicant(s) should not be bound by any contract or arrangement that may prohibit her from entering into a management contract, recording contract and/or merchandising contract, or performance contract with the organizers.
10. If any Participant(s), Judges, celebrities, hosts, or performers are unable to perform, attend, or appear on the Program due to various reasons, including but not limited to injury, illness, or government-mandated lockdowns, the Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to replace or introduce new Participant(s), celebrities, mentors, hosts, or performers. Additionally, the Company may disqualify or suspend any Participant(s), celebrities, mentors, hosts, or performers. 11. Entry of the participants (s) in one stage of the competition shall not entitle them to entry in subsequent stages of the competition. The company reserves its to disqualify and/or exclude, in its sole and absolute discretion, any participant from any stage of audition without assigning any reason for it.
12. Participation by anyone shall be rejected if it is found that the participant(s) have provided incorrect information to the organizer.
13. Participant(s) shall follow all the directions, rules, and regulations framed or given by the organizers in connection with the competition.
14. Each participant(s) shall participate voluntarily and at her own risk and will have no claim against Organizers on any account whatsoever about the said contest. The Organizers shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, or any form of physical or mentalharm or injury caused to the Participant.
15. The participant(s) agrees, confirms, and warrants that she shall have no right, title, interest,or other claim whatsoever over his work/photos/videos submitted or created during the audition, and the copyright in the same shall vest with the Organizer in perpetuity for the entire world. The organizer will have the right to use photographs and videos, cutouts, information about the Artist, shoot reality bytes from/related to the participant(s), her friends and family members, personal photographs, and other available information.
16. The participant(s) agree to provide and/or complete any necessary document deemed appropriate by the organizer to fulfill their obligations under the contest and or these terms and conditions.
17. the organizer reserves the right to modify the rules and/or the terms and conditions from time to time without any prior/ public notice by posting the applicable terms and conditions on its website or otherwise.
18. The organizer shall not be responsible in any circumstances for the non-fulfillment of organizers reserve the right to modify the rules and/or the terms and conditions from time to commitments/obligations by a third party.
19. The decision of the organizers shall be final and binding on the participants and will be entertained at any point in time.
20. The organizer shall not be bound and the participant(s) shall not be entitled to any remuneration, fee reimbursement, or any payments of whatsoever nature for the work done.
21. All rights reserved by the organizers, as agreed upon by the participants/guardian.

Super Wife Over the Top Online Registration Process

You can also register online for the Super Wife over-the-top competition. To register follow these easy steps-

Go to skott.com or download the SK OTT app.
After downloading, either register or log in to your already registered SK OTTaccount.
Click on the “Super Wife Over The Top competition” banner.
You will be prompted to choose a language.
Next, review and accept the terms and conditions.
Fill out the form with details such as name, age, email, address, ID proof, and most importantly an introduction video.
After uploading the video.
Once You have completed filling in the details of the Participant’s Personal Information, You shall carefully read the Terms and Conditions available on the “SK OTT” App and click thecheckbox ‘I Accept Terms & Conditions’ to accept them.
In this way, you may be registered for the show online. The uploaded video will be consideredas part of the competition process. Based on the video, you will be called for the further selection process.
You shall click on “ Request OTP & click on Submit” to submit the Entryand You may receive a One Time Password (OTP) message on the mobile number submitted by You. If your Entry has successfully been submitted, you will receive apop-up notification on the entry submission page. In the event You fail to verify/authenticate the validity of Your mobile number or the mobile number by You is found to be false or the said mobile number is not registered in the Participant’s andParent’s name, then the Company shall have the right to forthwith disqualify the Participant from further participation and her Entry shall immediately be considered to be null and void. The company shall not be responsible in that event.

As this video is the first and most important step for competition, so let us know about measures to betaken to make this Introduction video.

Your video must be a minimum of 5 minutes, with no maximum limit.
During video recording, ensure your face is properly displayed without anymodifications.
The size of the video must be less than 50 MB.
The format of the file can be mp4, mpg, and MPEG form.
You have to upload the video on the application form itself.

Online Registration

Participants are required to voluntarily register in the Auditions by following the procedure set out in these Terms and Conditions. Each participant is allowed only one entry during the online registrationprocess. If multiple entries are submitted, only the first entry received will be considered, and any additional entries will be disregarded. Entries received after the online Registration Period will not be considered for the Auditions and shall be deemed null and void. The Company shall not be responsible for any Entries submitted, whether correctly or not, but not received due to any reason whatsoever. It shall be your sole responsibility to ensure that the Entry is submitted correctly after following the due procedure specified by the Company hereunder and the Terms and Conditions prescribed herein.

Selection Process

The First Round

To move on to the next stage of the” Super Wife Over the Top” competition, candidates need to create aself-introduction video and upload it during registration. The regional office will review these videos to decide who qualifies for the first round. Only those who make a good impression on the regional office will get the chance to go to the first round.
After the initial registration and evaluation, participants who have been selected by the regional office will be informed of their first-round selection. This selection is based on the evaluation of their initial submissions, which could include videos, photos, or other materials.
Those participants who are selected will receive an official invitation to attend a discussion session. This discussion session is a crucial step where the selected participants will have theopportunity to meet with the regional office team.
During this session, participants and the regional office team will exchange important information related to the competition. Participants can seek clarifications, ask questions, andgain a comprehensive understanding of the competition’s processes, rules, and requirements.
After the initial selection and discussion session, the regional office, which is the local branch or division of the competition organizers, will arrange a dedicated shooting session. This shooting session will take place at a specialized set or location within the regional office.
After the shoot is completed and the content is generated, the regional office will compile andprepare this content for submission. The content will be sent to the head office, which is typically the central administrative hub for the competition, located in Hyderabad in this case.
The head office in Hyderabad is responsible for centralizing and managing various aspects ofthe competition, including content from regional offices. They may use this content for evaluations, promotions, or other aspects of the competition.
The decision of the regional office and the company regarding the selection for the first roundis final and binding on both the company and the participant(s). You shall not be entitled to dispute or challenge the composition or the decision of the regional office at any time in connection with the selection procedure, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
The Company reserves the right to select any number of Participant(s) from the First Roundto participate and perform in the Second Round of the competition.
Participants shortlisted for the Second round will be notified via email. If no response within 24 hours, attempts will be made to contact them up to three times via the provided contact information. The communication from the Company shall provide essential details about thenext round, including the date and time. Upon receiving this communication, you are obligated to confirm the participant’s participation in the second round and make necessary arrangements before the second round.
It is clarified that the Company is under no obligation to communicate to the Participants whohave either been disqualified or have not been shortlisted for the Second round.
The Participant shall not be eligible for the Second round and shall consequently bedisqualified.
This process ensures that the content created at the regional level is organized, reviewed, and managed efficiently by the head office, contributing to the overall coordination and success of the”Super Wife Over the Top” competition.

The Second Round

In the second round, the selected participants will experience a ‘home visit’ round. During this round,participants are expected to introduce their family members and explain how they handle their household responsibilities. If they are also managing a business alongside their home duties, they should demonstrate how they balance both roles.

Participants are responsible for arranging and covering the costs associated with meeting theperformance requirements. This includes expenses related to securing a suitable shooting location, obtaining costumes, hiring makeup artists and choreographers, and ensuring they have the necessary equipment and resources.
The company offers a platform for participants to display their unique talents andindividuality in front of a live audience.
The company and the regional office team will assess the performances in the second round. The top performer will be selected to proceed to the third round of the competition. The decision made by the company and the regional office team in choosing the best performer isdeemed final and binding.
Participants not selected as the best performers in the second round will not be eligible forfurther advancement in the process of “Super Wife Over The Top”.
All Third-round shortlisted participants will be notified on the same day as the Second round through various communication methods determined by the Company. Participants are responsible for being available and checking for updates. The communication will provide details for the Third Round, and participants must confirm their participation and make necessaryarrangements in advance.

The Third Round

Participants who successfully advance beyond the second round, particularly in the next step, will proceed to the third round of the competition. In the third round, there will be a unique and special roundtitled ‘Nari Ek Roop Anek’.
Second-round shortlisted participants must attend the Third round at the designated auditoriumCentre in (City) on dates and times set by the regional office team and Company.
This special round is set in an auditorium, providing a larger platform for participants to display their individuality. The auditorium serves as a stage where contestants can express themselves creatively and uniquely. A panel of judges and regional office team willbe present during the performance in the auditorium.
During this round, contestants are allowed to showcase their diverse and distinctive qualities and styles. The company will not impose any restrictions or guidelines ontheir presentation, allowing participants to express themselves freely.
It offers contestants a chance to express their diverse styles, talents, and creativity without interference from the company. The auditorium setting and the presence of judges ensure thatthis round is a key moment in the competition where participants can truly shine and make their unique mark.

Intellectual Property Rights

Other than the content you own, under these Terms, “Super Wife Over the Top” and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website.
