These Website Standard Terms and Conditions written on this webpage shall manage your use of our SK OTT App, Over The Top Prestigious Student at www.skottindia.com

    These Terms will be applied fully and affect to your use of this SK OTT app. By using this app, you agreed to accept all terms and conditions mentioned here. You must not use SK OTT app if you disagree with any of these Website Standard Terms and Conditions.

    Terms & Conditions

    Age Requirement

    There is an age restriction or requirements for the Over The Top Prestigious Student. This Competition is designed for the Students who are studying in Primary, Middle & High School. i.e. at least 10 years of age to the graduates of our Country, so if you are a  minor where you live (generally under 18 years of age) and you submit content for selection in the Cause Over The Top Prestigious Student, you are confirming that you have received your parent’s/guardian’s express consent to do so and that your parent/guardian (i) have read and on your behalf agrees to be bound by this agreement; and (ii) understands, agrees and shall be fully responsible for your submission.

    By registering, the Parent/Legal guardian of the applicant(s)/Participant(s) and the participant hereby agree to the below-mentioned conditions and undertake as follows:

    1. The ‘Over The Top Prestigious Student’ is exclusively for Indian students residing in Students studying abroad even of Indian origin are ineligible to participate.
    2. To register for the competition, participants need to go to the SK OTT App and then visit the provided website link. On the website, they should fill out the competition form and upload a video where you have to showcase a unique talent of yours as mentioned in the form. This is a necessary step to audition for the competition.
    3. The participant(s) are required to create and submit a video as a part of registration process. This video will be considered as a part of the audition process. The duration of the video should be a minimum of 3 minutes.
    4. Participants must ensure all content in their video submissions are original and not filters of any sort are used. If copyrighted or trademarked content is included, written permission is required. Unauthorized or infringing content will lead to disqualification. For copyright guidance, consult relevant authorities or legal resources.
    5. By submitting the video, participants grant the organizers the right to use, reproduce, modify and distribute the video for promotional and audition-related purposes.
    6. There can be a maximum of 1 (one) entry per In the event of more than 1 (one) entry per Participant, the first Entry received will be taken into account, and the remaining entries will be disregarded.
    7. Each entry shall consist of a single participant or duos exceeding this number are not eligible for this competition.
    8. Entries sent after the Audition Period will not be considered for the Program and shall be deemed null and void, with entries beyond the stipulated time at the venue also not being Any entry forms or supporting materials received via any other method shall be destroyed and will not be considered as valid submissions.     11. Every Participant(s) shall bring their respective props, costumes and any other-related equipment for the audition and performance.
    12. The applicant(s) should not be bound by any contract or arrangement which may prohibit him/her from entering into a management contract, recording contract and/or merchandising contract or performance With the Organizers.
    13. In the event that any Participant(s), Judges, celebrities, hosts or performers are unable to perform, attend or appear on the Program due to various reasons, including but not limited to injury, illness or government-mandated lockdowns, the Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to replace or introduce new Participant(s), celebrities, mentors, hosts or Additionally, the Company may disqualify or suspend any Participant(s), celebrities, mentors, hosts, or performers if deemed necessary.
    14. Entry of participant(s) in one stage of audition shall not entitle him/her the entry in subsequent stages of the The Company reserves the right to disqualify and/or exclude in its sole and absolute discretion, any participant from any stage of the audition or competition without assigning any reason therefore.
    15. Participation by anyone shall be rejected, if it is found that the participant(s) have provided wrong information to the Organizer.
    16. Participant(s) shall follow all directions/rules and regulations framed or given by the Organizers in connection with the auditions and Competition.
    17. Each participant(s) shall participate voluntarily and at his/ her own risk and will have no claim against Organizers on any account whatsoever in relation to the said contest. The Organizers shall not be responsible for any damage, loss or any form of physical or mental harm or injury caused to the Participant/guardian.
    18. For the purpose of participation, all expenses if any, including traveling cost and expense incurred in sending SMS shall be borne by the participant(s) or their Guardian(s).
    19. The participant(s) agrees, confirms and warrants that he/she shall have no right, title, interest or other claim whatsoever over his/her performance/work/photos submitted or created during the audition and the copyright in the same shall vest with the Organizer in perpetuity for the entire world. Organizer will have the right to use photographs, cut outs, information pertaining to the Participants, shoot reality bytes from/related to participant(s), his/her friends and family members, personal photographs and other available information.
    20. Winner(s) and/or persons accompanying him/her shall travel at their own risk and shall take appropriate medical Insurance at their own cost
    21. The contest may be discontinued or terminated by organizers at any point of time without assigning any reason thereof.
    22. The participant(s) agree to provide and/or complete any necessary documents as deemed appropriate by the Organizer to fulfill their obligations under the contest and/or the Terms and Conditions.
    23. The Organizers reserves the right to modify the rules and/or the terms and conditions from time to time without any prior/public notice by posting the applicable terms and conditions on its website or otherwise.
    24. Organizer shall not be responsible in any circumstances for the non-fulfillment of commitments/obligations of Third Party.
    25. The decision of the Organizers shall be final and binding on the No disputes regarding the participations/rejection/broadcast or rights of the participants will be entertained at any point of time.
    26. The Organizer is not liable to the winner(s) for the cancellation, discontinuation, and/or postponement of the audition or Program.
    27. Organizer shall not be bound or the participant(s) shall not be entitled to any remuneration fee, reimbursements of cost or any payments of whatsoever nature for the work done.
    28. All rights the participants /guardian agree that reserved by Organizers only.

    Over the Top Prestigious Student Online Registration Process

    You can also register yourself online for Over the top Prestigious Student auditions. In order to register yourself online for auditions, follow these easy steps –

    • Go to skottindia.com or download the SK OTT app.
    • After downloading, register yourself or log in to an already registered SK OTT
    • After that, click on Over The Top Prestigious Student Auditions
    • Then you will be asked to choose a language
    • After that, you will be given all the terms and Accept those and submit them.
    • It will ask you to fill your form with details like name, age, email, postal address, id proof and most important of all a video.
    • So after uploading the Video
    • Once you have completed filling details of Participant’s Personal Information. You shall carefully read the Terms and Conditions available at SK OTT App and click the checkbox ‘I Accept the Terms & Conditions’ in order to accept the Terms and Conditions.
    • In this way, you can register for the show online. This video will be considered as part of the audition process. So on the basis of that video; you will be called for further venue auditions.
    • You must click on “Request OTP” & click on “Submit” in order to submit the Entry and You may receive a One Time Password (OTP) message on the mobile number submitted by you. If your Entry has successfully been submitted, you will receive a pop-up notification on the entry submission In the event You fail to verify/authenticate the validity of Your mobile number or the mobile number entered by You is found to be false or the said mobile number is not registered in the Participant’s or Parent’s name, then the Company shall have the right to forthwith disqualify the Participant from further participation and his/her Entry shall immediately be considered to be null and void. Company shall not be responsible in that event.

    As this video is the first and most important step for auditions, so let us know about measures to be taken in order to make this video.

    • Participants interested in Over The Top Prestigious Student auditions can upload up to 1 video in the audition form.
    • During video recording, ensure your face is properly displayed without any modifications.
    • Choose a quiet and stable location for recording, avoiding noise and shaking.
    • Your video must be 5 min maximum.
    • The size of the video must be less than 50 MB.
    • The format of the file can be mp4, mpg or MPEG form.
    • You have to upload the video on the application form itself

    Online Registration

    Participants are required to voluntarily register in the Auditions by following the procedure set out in the Terms and Conditions. Each participant is allowed only one entry during the online registration process. If multiple entries are submitted, only the first entry received will be considered, and any additional entries will be disregarded. Entries received after the online Registration Period will not be considered for the Auditions and shall be deemed null and void. The Company shall not be responsible for any Entries submitted, whether correctly or not, but not received due to any reason whatsoever. It shall be your sole responsibility to ensure that the Entry is submitted correctly after following the due procedure specified by the Company hereunder and Terms and Conditions prescribed herein.

    The Audition Round and Selection Process

    To successfully pass the Over the top Prestigious Student Audition round, candidates must impress the judges. Only upon impressing the judges will they be granted the opportunity to proceed to the Competition.

    • Participants will be evaluated and shortlisted by the judges based on their overall unique skills and the quality of the video they submit during the Registration.
    • The Judges will ensure that the Competition is divided into 4 Levels & questions/Contents are age-appropriate and will consider the educational level of the participants as well, which will be defined as:-
    • Primary School Level (Age – 10 years – 14 years)

    2) Middle School Level (Age – 14 years to 17 years)

    3) High School Level (Age – 16 years to 19 years)

    4) Graduate/Post Graduate Level (Age – 18 years to 25 years)

    • Shortlisted participants will be invited to an audition round where they will perform and demonstrate their unique skill to the judges. If they succeed in impressing the judges, they will qualify for the
    • The judges may ask questions related to the unique talent they demonstrate.
    • The Company’s decision regarding the composition of the judges is final and binding on you and the Participant(s). You shall not be entitled to dispute and/or challenge the composition or the decision of the judges at any time in connection with the selection procedure, to the maximum extent permitted by Judge composition may vary during the Auditions.
    • Judging will focus on participants’ Knowledge of History, Science, Mathematics & Logic, Technology & Innovation, Geography, Language, Linguistics, Literature, Mythology, Culture & Folklore, Environment, Tourism, Business & Economics, Philosophy & Ethics, Arts, Politics, Entrepreneurship, Health & Wellness, Sports, Entertainment (Knowledge of Movies, Pop Culture, Rock Culture etc.)
    • The judges will select the top 50 students based on the quality of the participant’s skill-set, understanding and presentation during the audition. The top-rated performances shall be shortlisted and the Participants shall be selected and eligible for participation in the Upcoming Rounds & Final Round. The Company reserves the right to select any number of Participant(s) from the Audition Round to participate and perform in Final Round of the Competition.
    • The 50 shortlisted participants for the upcoming rounds will be notified via email. If no response within 24 hours, attempts will be made to contact them up to three times via provided contact The communication from the Company shall provide essential details about the next final round. Upon receiving this communication, you are obligated to confirm the participant’s participation in the upcoming rounds.
    • It is clarified that the Company is under no obligation to communicate to the Participants who have either been disqualified or have not been shortlisted for final round of Over the top Prestigious Student competition. The Participant shall not be eligible for the final round and shall consequently be

    The Final Round

    In the final round, the selected participants will compete against each other. During this round, the skills demonstrated by the selected participants will be uploaded to the SK OTT platform for public viewing.

    • Audition round shortlisted 50 participants must attend the upcoming rounds of Over the top Prestigious Student The Selected Students Storyline will be uploaded to the SK OTT platform for public viewing.
    • Participants and the general public are encouraged to watch and show their support by voting or liking their favorite ones. Each viewer can vote for their favorite student only Voting will be open for a specified period, as announced by the competition owner SKC Productions Private limited.
    • The Student with the highest number of likes or votes will be considered the best Student, and the Winner will receive an The Winner of the Competition will receive an award as recognition for their outstanding performance.
    • Participants retain full ownership and all rights to their videos. By participating in the competition, participants grant us the non-exclusive right to showcase their video/biopic on our SK OTT
    • The selected Top 50 Participants(s) shall have to ensure that they will make themselves available for all shoot dates and travel to any place for the shoot of the Program, as may be informed by the Company and/or Production House from time to time

    Intellectual Property Rights

    Other than the content you own, under these Terms, Over the top Prestigious Student and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website.

    You are granted limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.

    Your Content

    In these Website Standard Terms and Conditions, “Your Content” shall mean any audio, video text, images or other material you choose to display on this SK OTT APP. By displaying Your Content, you grant OVER THE TOP PRESTIGIOUS STUDENT a non-exclusive, worldwide irrevocable, sub licensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in any and all media. Your Content must be your own and must not be invading any third-party’s rights. OVER THE TOP PRESTIGIOUS STUDENT reserves the right to remove any of Your Content from this Website at any time without notice.

    No warranties

    This Website is provided “as is,” with all faults, and Over The Top Prestigious Student express no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Website or the materials contained on this Website. Also, nothing contained on this Website shall be interpreted as advising you.

    Limitation of Liability

    In no event shall Over The Top Prestigious Student, nor any of its officers, Director/coordinator and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under contract.     Entire Agreement

     These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Over The Top Prestigious Student and you in relation to your use of this Website and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

    Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    This Over The Top Prestigious Student competition and its terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to this competition fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India, situated in [City/Region].
